Germany's economic forecast raised from 2% to 2.4% by Ifo Institute

Via Bloomberg:

Munich's Ifo Institute said it now expects Germany's economy to expand by 3.7 percent in 2010 and raised its growth forecast for next year from 2 percent to 2.4 percent.

With the worldwide recovery starting to decelerate, Germany export growth will slow in pace next year, but domestic demand will compensate for some of the losses and make up almost 90 percent of next year's growth, the survey said.
